The Teachers Training Registration and Certification Board has announced 23rd March, 2025 as commencement date for the Training programme of its 11th Batch of Teachers scheduled for the University of Africa, Bolou-Orua Campus.The programme which is in accordance with the ASSURED mantra of His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri is a compulsory programme for all teachers in the state.
Consequently, 300 Vice Principals and Head Teachers of Public Primary and Secondary Schools in the state have been selected to participate in the current exercise.
The Teachers are to report to the training centre with the following; Originals and photocopies of all Academic Certificates, Appointment letters, Birth Certificates and other relevant documents. Personal effects such as dresses, towels, bed covers etc.
Arrival and registration is scheduled for Sunday 23rd March, while the opening ceremony and award for the best performing trainees of the 10 Batch will take place on Tuesday 25″ of March 2025 at the auditorium of the University of Africa, Bolou-Orua Campus Sagbama Local government area Bayelsa State at 11am.
Trainees are warned that lateness or absenteeism shall not be condoned and would be met with stiff penalties.
