The Nigeria Governors’ Forum has extended its warm congratulations to Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri and the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu on their election as Chairman and Vice Chairman, South South Governors’ Forum respectively.
A statement by the Chairman Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq, indicates that the emergence of Governor Diri and his vice reflects the confidence their colleagues have in their ability to contribute meaningfully to the development and unity of the South South region.
